This is a great post-workout snack or high-protein sweet treat. This is an excellent way to get some variety out of your whey protein powder, too.
- 24-ounces cold water
- 1 scoop True Whey 80™ Triple Chocolate Whey Protein
- 2 T chia seeds
Combine the water and Fast Mass whey protein in a blender and blend on high for just a few seconds to mix. Add the chia seeds and blend on low speed until thick and creamy. Serve immediately or store in a covered container for up to 2 days. Makes 4 servings.
