The Muscle Maker Creatine Shake

With creatine and potassium for muscle performance and lots of Vitamin E and healthy fats for muscle recovery and hormone support, this pre-workout shake is an excellent one to enjoy just before a good weight-training session.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup cold, unsweetened plain or vanilla coconut milk
  • 1 scoop Sports Food Creatine Gluconate powder
  • 2 T almond butter
  • 1 medium ripe banana
  • 1 T raw honey, if desired

Instructions:

Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend on high for 30 seconds or until smooth and creamy. Drink immediately.
