Mass Builder Chocolate-Nut Smoothie

This is a great smoothie for your first meal of the day or for post-training recovery. Loaded with protein, potassium and Omega-3 fats, it’ll give your muscles what they need for faster recovery and better gains.


  • 16fl ounces cold water
  • 1 small banana, peeled
  • 1 T unsalted almond butter
  • 1 scoop Whey Zero 90™ Triple Chocolate Whey Protein
  • 8 ice cubes

Add the water, banana and almond butter to blender and blend on high until smooth. Add Fast Mass whey protein and ice cubes and blend on high until thick and smooth. Makes one 24fl ounce serving.
