Why are your prices more competitive than the competition?
We have a streamlined, no-frills business model and levels of automation that greatly reduce costs. Further, we negotiate hard with our suppliers to keep prices low. Or we produce in-house which drives prices down even further. Finally, we focus exclusively on the quality of our products and don’t bother with the things you don’t need.
If I give you my email and personal/business address will you give that information to other parties or send unsolicited mail?
No. Plain and simple.
If I buy something from Sports Food Nutrition how do I know my credit card information will be safe?
Our secure server uses the same encryption system that is used by banks and governments. We initiate regular security checks and constantly review all our safety protocols.
How can I pay for my order?

The address I specified for shipping is different than the shipping address I have listed on PayPal, where will my order be delivered?

How can I track my order?
Every open order will show up under your account. Once the order has shipped the tracking information will appear. You will also receive tracking information in the shipping confirmation email we send once your package has shipped. You can also use our Track an Order page to get information about shipped orders.
I just placed an order, how long will it take to ship?
We aim to ship all orders within 8 business hours. If you place your order before 4pm US Central Time, your order will be shipped same day. We do not ship orders on weekends or national holidays.
Once my order is shipped can I have it redirected to somewhere else?
We are unable to change the shipping information once your order has been placed. Some shipping providers may allow you to change the destination of your order. Please contact the shipping provider to see if it is possible.
What happens if I receive my order and it is damaged or items are missing?
Please report this as soon as possible so we may take the appropriate action.
What should I do if I don't receive my order and I placed it on Priority delivery?
Please report this information to us so we can investigate with the shipping provider.
What happens if I am not in when the shipping provider attempts to deliver my package?
Depending upon the shipping service you selected, they will either leave the package in a secure location or leave a calling card telling you how to retrieve your package. The tracking information associated with your package should indicate which option the shipping provider chose. You can access your tracking information on our Track Your Order.
I am outside the United States and placed an order from your website. The tracking information shows that my package has not moved for several days now. What happened?
International orders shipped using the USPS are routed through specific US cities before being handed over to foreign postal services. The tracking information reflects the last location the USPS handled your package before the hand over was made. The USPS cannot track your package once it has been transferred over to the foreign postal service.
How long does it take for an international order to be delivered?
Although most orders arrive earlier, please allow up to 3 weeks for orders shipped outside of the United States using the regular mail shipping speed.
It has been 3 weeks since my international order was shipped, the package has not arrived, what should I do?
Please check with your local postal service to see if they were unable to deliver the package. They may be waiting for you to collect it. Although it is rare, foreign customs can hold packages in quarantine for up to 90 days. We recommend checking with your local customs authority. If neither of these government agencies have your package, you should Contact Us.
I need to return an item, how do I do this?

Is there a time limit on returns?
